Champagne Mathieu-Princet

The champagne Mathieu-Princet company is a family one, growing vines and manipulating wine issued from grapes grown on its property to the champagne in your glass !
About 22 acres are taken care of among 5 villages ; two of them being vintage ones our vines yield our two types of grapes (black and white) on vineyards seattered among 5 villages.
Wine-making process is done in Grauves, crushing,storing and bottling then stored at least 2 years in our cellars before any manipulation, they are on « lattes »(wooden pieces every 6 lines to hold bottles lying on them).
The last stages, hand remuage of the bottles, opening and extracting sediments, liquor adding, corking and labelling are as well performed in Grauves after 3 weeks preparation on pupitres( see pictures).
We are permanently connected with our clients for most of them are private or vendors in small stores...all around France and a few of them in Europ.
We have been trading with others in a few countries and Europ for some decades.
